Please Note:

Check in times are from 2pm to 6pm. Guests are expected to check out by 10am on the day of their departure. Late arrival can by organised by prior arrangement (at least 24 hours before arrival). Strictly no check in after 10 PM (so that our other guests are not disturbed).

Directions

Driving from Johannesburg...

Zur Alten Mine is approximately 380km (4,5 to 5 hour’s drive) from the OR Tambo International Airport (Johannesburg International Airport).

Toll fees apply on the N4 (about 150 Rand).

From the Airport take the exit to Boksburg (R21) and follow till you reach the exit to the N12 direction eMalahleni (Witbank).

From there follow the N4 past Middelburg till you reachBelfast (eMakhazeni) where you turn off.

Drive trough Belfast and follow the R540 via Dullstroom to Lydenburg (Mashishing).

In Lydenburg turn right on the R37 and drive via the Long Tom Pass into Sabie, then turn left (direction Graskop R532).

After about 20 km you come to the Pilgrim's Rest/ Graskop split.

Take the right turn to Graskop and you will find us 100mfrom the turn-off on the left hand side.

Look for white entrance posts.

Driving from the Kruger National Park...

You reach Graskop on the R535/R533 from Hazyview or via the R40/R532 from Hoedspruit.

Once in Graskop take the R533 (direction Pilgrim's Rest / Sabie) and travel for approximately 4km where you will find us on the right hand side.
